How it works

A clear process.
Before, during, and after the introduction.

The appointment is the handoff between two businesses. Both sides should understand what happens before it reaches your calendar.

The appointment journey

From inquiry to advisor conversation.

01

Consumer education

RetireSavor introduces retirement income questions and explains annuity benefits, costs, restrictions, and alternatives. Consumers are invited to watch a video and explore whether a professional conversation could help.

02

Questionnaire and screening

The questionnaire captures retirement interest, reported assets, and location. Screening checks the agreed acquisition criteria; reported information is verbally reconfirmed rather than independently audited.

03

Scheduling and follow-up

Eligible prospects can select an available appointment. Setters also follow up with submitted leads who have not booked. Availability is coordinated with participating practices.

04

A named introduction

The prospect is introduced to the participating advisor and firm. Meeting purpose, Zoom details, and preparation instructions are explained before the appointment.

05

The advisor conversation

You conduct your own discovery and sales process. Screen sharing and a face-to-face Zoom introduction help you explain options. You remain responsible for advice, suitability, and any recommendation.

06

Attendance and feedback

Attendance is recorded against the agreed definition. Feedback helps identify issues in the introduction or handoff and distinguish a missed meeting from a completed conversation.

Shared responsibilities

A partnership works in both directions.

01

AMO coordinates

Acquisition, screening, scheduling, the prospect introduction, and appointment confirmation.

02

Your practice advises

Maintain licensing and carrier access, keep appointment availability current, conduct the meeting, and manage the client relationship.

03

Both sides communicate

Use clear attendance records and timely feedback. Discuss delivery expectations and available coverage before beginning.

Delivery expectations

Plan capacity before the first introduction.

We aim to complete the agreed appointment delivery within 30 days. Timing depends on available coverage, prospect response, and practice availability; this is a target, not a guaranteed deadline.

Our intention is nationwide service. State availability and licensing alignment are confirmed during the partnership review before introductions begin.

A considered partnership

starts with a conversation.
